what music is, is a good way to relieve stress. music can also relieve anger. the are millions and millions of songs in the world. if you can find that one song that can keep you chilled then that song can help you focus on anything. it is easy to lose your self (good most of the time) in some of the music you like. this can help you dream and explore them.
